Returns and Refunds

Our basic policy is: if we made a mistake, we'll fix it, promptly and at our cost.

If we sent the wrong product; or the wrong size; or the wrong color; or if the product is defective (fabric, finishing, printing, or any combination thereof); we will accept a return of the defective product and re-ship the proper item.

We cannot replace a garment that was not ordered in the correct size or color. Please make sure to choose the correct desired item.

In order to fix a problem, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date, which we define as: within ten (10) days of the shipping date for USA orders or within fifteen (15) days for international orders.
